RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision and leadership of 25 nonexempt employees on a 12 hour day shiftin an ISO compliant, semiconductor fabrication cleanroom.

``` - Must monitor work in process and manage the production flow to minimize bottlenecks, increase output and reduce cycle time.

``` - Must work closely with process and equipment engineering to resolve problems and meet production schedules.

``` - Responsible for Operator productivity, operational efficiency, adherence to specifications, yield, training, material movement and production schedules.

``` - Will also own administrative, development and coaching for all of their employees.

``` - Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and an analytical background highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree in Management/Business, IE, and/or equivalent experience supervising in a Fab manufacturing environment for 5 or more years is desired

``` - Demonstrated skill and success in managing operations in a high tech environment strongly desired

``` - Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company, and have excellent time management and organization skills

``` - Must have excellent management skills and experience coaching direct employees for success

``` - Effective written and verbal communication skills

``` - Versatility and ability to work on multiple tasks

``` - Scheduling flexibility needed to accomplish the duties and responsibilities required of the job

``` - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Windows-based software is preferred

``` - Experience with concept and practices of Theory of Constraints, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing
