The Customer Success Associate II is responsible for delivering optimum service and a positive customer experience. The Associate is focused on customer loyalty and building long-term customer relationships. The Customer Success Associate II works closely with the Sales team, customer, and internal product development team to guide the product selection process and adoption demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the customer business and sales history.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with Earthwise expertise, product assortment, construction, materials, capabilities. and costing.

  • Analyze business year over year to manage customer calendar and support sales goals.

  • Partner with Inventory team to sell through excess inventory and plan for replenishment.

  • Serve as primary contact for customers including customer onboarding, item set up forms/portals, design approvals, order accuracy, and A/R discrepancies as needed.

  • Provide cost quotations to customer supported by internal product teams. Support sales to achieve margin targets.

  • Maintain internal files and product profiles including approved Mockups, Tech Packs.

  • Support customer purchase order processes and provide correction guidance to customer. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across portals and documents.

  • Manage reorders directly with the customer to approve costs and quote delivery.

  • Support Customer Success Associate I as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in professional selling or Business preferred.

  • 4+ years supporting administrative, project and product services to internal and external customers.

  • Industry experience preferred.

  • Experience in AS400 preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven time management skills.

  • Ability to provide solutions to complex order inquiries.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Earthwise California salary range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
