The Customer Accounts Analyst is responsible for strategically managing and administering customer data across the enterprise, while ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and privacy. This individual is responsible for standardizing data naming, establishing consistent data definitions, monitoring/auditing the data quality, and executing cleansing and policy agreements.

This position is part of the Finance Department located in Glen Allen, VA and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

•Oversee and manage the process to create and enforce Master Data Governance policies and procedures.

•Establish and adhere to SLAs and accuracy ratios for creating and updating master data records.

•Administer all necessary Create/Read/Update/Delete requests to appropriate master data, ensuring accuracy of information.

•Ensure all customer invoicing specifications and other requirements are captured during the onboarding process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting/Finance preferred or 2-10 years’ equivalent experience

•Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills.

•Technical, Analytical skills and business knowledge

•Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership

•Organizational skills; Self-management
