  • The Program Analyst II will provide on-going support to the Program Managers who perform day-to-day management of the program to ensure the developed long term and strategic objectives to the end user requirements will be satisfied;

  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules

  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to program

  • Support PMs by timely tracking, developing and providing program deliverables.

  • Participate in strategic planning discussions and may lead the execution of initiatives and process improvements

  • Track program/project status and schedules, take minutes, prepares presentations, reports, studies, documentation.

  • Edit incoming and outgoing publications, data calls, briefing materials, recurring reports, presentations, etc. to check for proper formatting, writing, grammar, and punctuation.

  • Provide assistance on special projects as required.

  • Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology related preferred)

  • 3 years of relating experience

  • Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to support surge hours

  • Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service skills.

  • Ability to travel as required

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Ability to work shift work.

  • Ability to handle controversial situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Excellent PC skills. Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
