Job Description

An employer is looking for a Business Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be joining a team of 5 other Knowledge managers and SharePoint Developers. This person will be the liaison between the senior stakeholders and the SharePoint Developers to create, edit, maintain SharePoint sites for their teams information. This person should be gathering technical requirements from senior stakeholders and translate them to the developer. In addition, they should be comfortable working with the stakeholders to let them know when their requests are not realistic. Communication and proactive updates on the project are a crucial part of the role.

Skills and Requirements

Active TSSCI

BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience

Experience with senior stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements- preferably for development projects

Experience working with developers to translate requirements into a product

Experience working within SharePoint to create documentation, workflows, and graphics Experience working within the DOD/ DISA environment
