JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking an individual to work in our day service program for individuals with disabilities. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individual Program Plans. Assist with personal cares, adult daily living skills instruction, and recreational activities. Train individuals as assigned for specific skills needed for work assignments. Identify needs and provide training and supervision in other relevant areas of instruction. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with individuals with disabilities desired. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism required.
