Role Summary:

To ensure pump and seal parts repair quality and on time delivery following the working schedule.

This job holder will be responsible to operate Lathe Machine, Mill Machine. The job holder will also need to be able to use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Bore gauges and other various gauges.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• To operate Lathe Machine, Mill Machine

• To ensure pump and seal parts repair quality and on time delivery following the working schedule

• Follow job leader instruction and being able to complete job on time

• Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, bore gauges and other measuring instruments related to Machine shop/ QC inspect work

• To monitor, maintain and keep measuring instruments in their proper place and regularly calibrated

• Ensure good housekeeping of work area

• Regularly maintain machines at all time

• Ensure tooling and fixtures are kept in the designated area after use (Clean and Oil)

• Timely submittal of daily Time sheet

• Able to work overtime due to urgent cases

• Follow Flowserve safety policy and other rules

• 確保工作區域的良好內務管理

• 隨時定期維護機器

• 確保使用後的工具和固定裝置保存在指定區域（清潔和油污）

• 及時提交每日考勤表

• 在緊急情況下能夠加班

• 遵守公司對於安全工作的規範，及其他公司規定

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PC software, MS Office

• Diploma / University at Mechanical Engineering or relevant majority

• Able to use and read measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, Bore gauges etc.

• Able to read both English and Chinese

• Able to Travel as required
