Position Summary
The eLearning Development Specialist utilizes designated software to build educational products in alignment with IFM standards and strategic goals, as directed by the Associate Director (AD), eLearning & Accessibility. In this role, the eLearning Development Specialist serves as an expert on the eLearning software platforms and collaborates across the organization to build educational products that are consistently branded, accessible and copyright compliant.
Essential Functions
Developing and Maintaining eLearning Courses and Related Assets
Plans, produces, and revises eLearning projects across functional medicine curriculum, CME and non-CME clinical content, and other organization-wide topics, as assigned by the supervisor.
Collaborates with Medical Education team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that educational content incorporates elements of adult learning and instructional design best practices, is of high professional quality, and emphasizes the measurable outcomes of learning objectives.
