Ultrasound Business Leader UK&I

Develop, drive & execute Philips Ultrasound (US) business growth plan for United Kingdom & Ireland.

Your role :

  • As the US Business Leader UK&I you will have ultimate responsibility for sales growth by developing and utilising the mix of direct and indirect channels, supporting Account Managers to voice Philips value propositions.

  • With a strong customer focus you will activate the entire commercial organization in selling/positioning the US portfolio of products, solutions & services, making sure the funnel is being filled with accurate forecasting.

  • Lead the marketing and clinical team and ensure local insights and support for strategic marketing planning as well as NPIs and launch readiness for product, solutions, and services.

  • Strategically support the business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value propositions and global plans in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (local launch brief) (perfect NPI execution ownership).

  • You will report into Head of Ultrasound Europe, be part of the UKI leadership team and directly lead the UK & Ireland US team of 14 Clinical and Sales Specialists, indirectly a US Account Manager team. As the Leader build trust, enhance capabilities and ensure a high level of engagement.

  • You are commercially focused with specific experience in managing Sales & Marketing in the Healthcare industry, expert in strategic, P&L and pipeline management.

  • You are at your best when building and nurturing effective internal cross functional and external customer relationships, to best understand and exceed expectations.

  • You have examples of where you have brought people together to align them around common goals and championing growth.

  • You are energised by setting a clear vision & strategy, achieving targets and consider yourself to be results oriented.

  • You are able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues using data driven decision making, driving continuous improvement via Lean.

If DBS Required: Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
