[Spherion Staffing is searching for a Senior Property Manager in Fargo. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the performance of the market by leading a team of property management, leasing and maintenance roles that work together to maximize the profitability of each property. This person must be able to motivate and mentor team members as well as build a culture aligned to overall company direction. Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate courses of action when dealing with employee or tenant relations including complaints and concerns. The Senior Property Manager ensure tenants compliance with Company policies, while following all state, Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing laws. The Senior Property Manager must be able to communicate effectively with the Director of Property Operations on a regular basis.

[Salary $65-75k/year DOE

[**Responsibilities: -Present and maintain positive tenant relations and team member attitudes. -Cultivate a positive team culture, present a professional image, and positive attitude [-Lead the team, facilitating weekly meetings to share information from leadership, enforce policy and procedures.
