Product Marketing Manager

Location: This role can be based anywhere in the US.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced product marketing manager to join the Product and Industry Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Product and Industry Marketing, to help achieve the growth ambitions of the organization.

Success starts with bringing an outside-in view, where you will be at the forefront of the market, audience, and competitor insights. Delivering compelling messaging and content across the lifecycle of the product and customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the product’s success in the market.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Work closely with your Product Management team to support the product strategy and bring the roadmap to life. Own the marketing of product releases, new product launches and rationalizing the portfolio to support retention and growth of our existing user base as well as supporting growing new users.

  • Responsible for researching and defining the market opportunity, audience journeys and competitor landscape for your portfolio to inform product, sales and marketing efforts.

  • Craft unique value propositions and compelling messaging that clearly positions our products and differentiates us from the competition.

  • Create high-quality product marketing documents, content and enablement materials.

  • Support monitoring of product performance and user experience across the lifecycle of the product.

  • Work with the rest of the marketing team and other key stakeholders to identify and plan integrated go-to-market motions that support the whole journey across the customer lifecycle.

  • This is an individual contributor, full-time role working as part of a global team.

  • This role requires minimal travel.

  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ) .

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferably in a marketing or engineering/science-related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years B2B product marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS product or technology company

  • A knowledge of Product Marketing Management models/frameworks

  • Related infrastructure market/industry experience preferable

  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across functional teams.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
