Description Patient Scheduler- SCS Home Health- Everett, Washington Schedule: Full Time, Days This position is responsible for coordinating the daily, weekly, and monthly assignments for Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, MSW Care Coordinators and Chaplains; and on a rotating schedule provide administrative support to the Triage and After Hours Clinical Support department staff. Required qualifications: Experience working in a receptionist capacity answering a multi-line phone and greeting customers. 2 years Experience as a general office assistant or equivalent training/education, preferably in a health care setting. Experience in coordination or scheduling out-of-office staff, preferable in the healthcare industry. Preferred qualifications: 3 years Recent hospital, nursing home or home health experience. 1 year Experience in health care industry. Why Join Providence?
