Providence St. Joseph Health Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Autism Program in Everett, Washington

Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Providence Medical Center Everett - Pacific SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE; averaging 40 hours per week. 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, 7:30a-5p PST. Board Certified Behavior Analyst with expertise in autism as part of a multidisciplinary team. Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct intake and ongoing assessments, provide therapy, intervention, and behavior support for children on the autism spectrum, provide education and support for parents, supervise behavior technicians, and actively participate in program growth and development. Additional responsibilities may include staff and community training, school consultations, extended behavior support, and interdisciplinary planning and collaboration. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology or related clinical field. Bachelor's Degree Washington Behavioral Analyst License upon hire. 2 years of experience in preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old. Preferred Qualifications: Consultation and supervision experience. Participation in interdisciplinary settings. Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy.
