Ecolab Inc Program Analyst I in Eagan, Minnesota

The Network Design team is responsible for improving the overall design of the Ecolab supply chain by following the principles of localized production, security of supply, and standard platforms to more effectively meet the needs of the business and their customers and to drive savings. The Network Design team heavily connects with all areas of the supply chain, including planning, MPDQ, logistics, procurement, and quality, as well as interfaces with commercial operation business liaisons (OBLs). The Network Design group and the work this role will provide helps the company achieve its overarching supply chain goals of becoming more agile and resilient while still providing Ecolab with a competitive advantage. The Program Analyst will need to collaborate with the Network Design team and assist in the execution of planned projects. The team will look to this analyst as it does to any other member of the team: to drive saving projects, brainstorm new avenues of Network Design scope and assist others in completion of projects. The team is highly connected, agile and looking to make fundamental changes to the Ecolab supply chain. The team expects this candidate to be self-motivated, manage complexity and work well both within a team and independently with minimal direction. What You Will Do: Regularly conduct the long-term strategic planning by sourcing and production family group with business assumptions and demand inputs Discover the long-term supplying risk and constraint, make proposal of future supply chain investment and resource plan Make clear supplying differentiation by different scenarios such as business pattern, product characteristics, and marketing strategies Identify and track savings projects including localization, sourcing optimization, customer mapping, and raw material and finished goods flow Lead cross functional projects and strategy execution to deliver capability improvements and savings Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree SAP experience Strong data analytical skills and advanced Excel skills No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications: S&OP expertise Lean Six Sigma project experience and/or Green Belt Prior experience with the applicable planning systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
