MSA has an opportunity for a full time Coastal/Waterfront Project Manager/Engineer at either our Baraboo, WI; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Duluth, MN or St Paul, MN office locations. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. The work you will do Project engineering and/or management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Preparing proposals, budgets and working closely to assist in winning new work Client relations including meetings with existing and new clients Design of costal and waterfront infrastructure projects Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
