Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to Program Managers Compiling and drafting monthly contractual reports; Tracking contractual deliverables and compiling materials; Coordinating, drafting and tracking a variety of documents (PMRs, PDs, MSRs); Tracking hours spent on contract and keeping the Program Managers up to date; Maintaining and updating program/employee rosters; Coordinating and scheduling activities such as interviews and team lunches; Assist with timesheet approval/reconciliation Provide support to the Program Managers, researching and compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics, prepares factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives Self-starter and strong initiative to take on tasks as they arise Coordinating, organizing and drafting purchase requests on contract Maintain document libraries for projects/programs Other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements: Must be a US citizen Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related degree Minimum 2 years of experience performing administrative functions Highly efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Detail oriented and strong organizational skills All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
