Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Paralegal specialized in real estate to join our team in Davie, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with drafting contracts, conducting legal research, and handling real estate documentation. This position provides a chance for you to utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and redline real estate contracts to ensure legal compliance

• Conduct comprehensive legal research related to property and real estate laws

• Prepare and maintain legal documentation

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets for data organization and analysis

• Manage communication and documentation through Microsoft Outlook

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document creation and management

• Ensure all legal documentation is properly filed and organized

• Assist in the resolution of legal issues related to property and real estate

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all legal processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document handling and modification.

• Ability to create, manage, and process legal documentation.

• Capability to review, redline and draft contracts with attention to detail and legal compliance.

• Have skills in conducting comprehensive legal research.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data management and communication.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in handling property and real estate-related legal matters.

• Skills in creating, managing, and interpreting spreadsheets for data analysis.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Adherence to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

• Possess a bachelor's degree in law or a related field, or equivalent work experience as a paralegal.

• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws relating to property and real estate.

• Ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• High ethical standards and professionalism in all work-related activities.

• Ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
