Job Description:  We are seeking an experienced and motivated Packaged Equipment Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of packaged equipment projects. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for packaged equipment projects, from initiation to closeout.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality assurance.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

   

  Qualifications:

• Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the packaged equipment or related industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency in project management software
