Summary:TheMultimedia Content Developer, Midwill work in conjunction with our team of in-house developers where they will concept, storyboard and design communications media including but not limited to, information graphics, briefings, print material, web material, video, animation, visualizations and interactive media. With creativity and initiative, theMultimedia Content Developer, Midwill strategize and produce a variety of design assets in support of companywide business initiatives, both client facing and internal.

  • Produce a variety of design assets in support of companywide business initiatives, both client facing and internal.

  • Design, modify and layout content for client briefings as well as internal leadership briefings.

  • Create, research, identify and procure appropriate design materials.

  • Devise visualizations and complex information graphics in support of support key messaging; create storyboards and develop draft visualizations.

  • Create design elements to support client needs

  • Create and execute production materials for all phases of client facing business development opportunities

Non-Essential Duties:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Mentors and oversees the work of junior designers as needed

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience OR

  • Master’s degree and 1 year of related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, HTML/CSS

  • High level of skill in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and Skill in at least 4 of the following:

  • Brand Compliance

  • Data Visualization

  • Graphical or Video asset production

  • Print and Publication Design

  • Motion/video/audio production

  • Information Architecture

  • Web or interactive design or graphical user interface design

  • Wire Framing or Storyboarding

  • Modeling and Simulation

  • Ability to combine creative thinking with strong design and production skills in digital mediums to provide groundbreaking work for government and commercial customers

  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign.
