Information Technology Project Manger Key Role: Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions, and mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications: 15+ years of experience managing and leading teams supporting complex IT projects in classified and unclassified environments for various DoD and IC customers, including cyberspace operation 7+ years of experience performing research and preparing for proper technology deployment, security measures adherence, technology interoperability, system resource management, system deconfliction, and user allocation, including providing technical assessments of novel products, vendor solutions, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) applications and emerging technologies that are still in the development phase Knowledge of detailed mission, emerging technology, and threat research, analysis, technical assessments, and planning to develop solutions mission emerging solutions for innovative, future OCO capabilities for to support a multi-tenant environment with a variety of multiple customers government entities in the DoD Knowledge of planning, initiation, leading and managing full spectrum cyberspace operations in both CONUS and OCONUS locations Ability to bring strategic vision, leadership, and subject matter expertise for technology research and alternatives analysis and integration of emerging technologies. TS/SCI clearance Master's degree

Additional Qualifications: Experience with providing technology research, alternatives analysis, and subject matter expert services in support of mission emerging technologies. Knowledge of analysis of alternatives to assist in identification of the appropriate technology capabilities, risk, and alternatives for implementing the most cost and performance effective solution to improve operations. Master's degree in Information Technology or a computer science related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
