Summary:The Business Team Project Lead will manage the overall strategic and tactical planning of a business. The Business Team Project Lead will coordinate with the Division Manager to manage all aspects of the business; from analyzing business results, developing strategic plans, staffing personnel and driving sales and marketing initiatives to sustain and grow the business.

Brief management on project status and obtain approvals as required
Coordinate and communicate with other internal program groups
Work with team to manage monthly review of financials to determine necessary tactical and strategic business adjustments
Manage the daily operations in support of programmatic requirements
Support project with training and developing people based on staffing needs
Draft and coordinate correspondence
Periodic travel required
Develop and implement business and marketing strategies
Manage project schedules collaborating across multi-disciplined teams
Perform business analysis and reporting of existing businesses
Conduct and analyze market/industry research in support of commercial strategy
Create and manage the daily business operations in support of programmatic requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High School Diploma/GED required, MBA preferred
10 years working with commercial businesses
Experience training and developing people
International Business experience preferred
TS/SCI with a FS poly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI with FS poly
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to adjust to changing priorities
Ability to inform and brief senior level stakeholders
Computer proficiency and ability to utilize a wide array of office applications
Ability to work with technical teams
Comfortable working as part of a team
Ability to engage and collaborate across groups
