Responsibilities: Act as the Program Manager for prime and/or subcontract efforts within NAVAIR and NAWCAD. Manage and supervise personnel; direct efforts of teams; interface with Government program authorities on technical and program issues; and monitor and report progress. Ensure compliance with corporate processes and policies. Communicate with leadership regarding program status and milestones.

Education: A Masters degree (preferably in a business or technical field) from an accredited university.

Allowable Substitution: A Bachelors degree and twelve (12) years of experience.

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience performing program management duties described in the position description. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Prior NAVAIR program office experience preferred.

Other: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
