A large retail client is looking for world class UX Designers in their People Design organization supporting 2M+ employees. As a part of this team, you'll design digital software products that deliver exceptional experiences for internal associates.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for

digital software products

• Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and site maps

• Consumer grade UX experience

• Interaction ID Design experience

• Experience maintaining feature parity across web and mobile

• Experience building a design system or overhauled a design system

• Figma experience - Conversational AI experience

• Strong mobile experience null
