We're currently looking for a Director, Supply Chain Management - eCommerce Fulfillment Network Operations & Strategy to grow our team!

• Aligning team responsibilities and ambitions with s upply c hain strategy to m axim i z e impact and remove redundancy

• Driving cross-network initiatives, ensuring standards compliance and process harmonization

• Playing a key role in transform ing culture & mindset to achiev e o p erational excellence

• Partnering with and supporting Fulfillment Center GMs (and teams) in fact-based decision making

• Holding teams accountable and elevating the Fulfillment Center network overall performance

• Y ou ideally bring 7-10 years of experience in leading or supporting eCommerce f ulfillment/ d istribution o perations and/or associated systems and technologies

• You are well- versed in reporting and analytics, project management and distribution/ fulfillment trends

• You are a dynamic leader, with experience leading change management that creates a lasting impact

• You inspire teams to new levels of achievement while nurturing cultural shifts

• You are a thought leader who can influence peers to achieve operation al excellence

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related

area OR 7 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

2 years' supervisory experience.
