Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

• Experience building distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience growing an engineering team over a short period of time.

• Experience building scalable back-end infrastructure.

• Experience using methodologies and tooling.

• Experience with identity, authentication, or security.

• Ability to recruit, inspire, and motivate an Engineering team to work together as a cohesive and productive unit.

• Manage a team of software engineers, and create an inclusive and safe environment that enables the team to grow. Provide a clear direction and strategy for the team.

• Drive technical projects, plan, execute, and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

• Develop a roadmap for projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Define and build a team culture of teamwork and collaboration.

• Provide oversight and leadership on technical aspects of development, technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
