T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is undergoing a large-scale finance transformation journey: reinventing and modernizing the way we work and do business! We are seeking a seasoned program manager to build and execute on training strategies and plans in support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and refining the ERP training strategy, supporting the curriculum design, managing training content development efforts, and executing on the training delivery for our team of 500+ end users with the support of the ERP Training Coordinator and System Integrator. You will play a significant role in delivering high-quality, engaging learning solutions that reach FP&SC employees and positively reinforce T-Mobile's enterprise value of "Do It The Right Way. As a member of a small but mighty team, you will engage daily with wide variety of internal and external partners as part of the instructional development lifecycle, training schedule management, and training effectiveness monitoring. This role requires an innovative and creative approach to corporate learning, along with exemplary communication, influence, collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills. Qualified candidates will have facilitation and instructional design experience. Responsibilities: Review and develop an understanding of course curriculum and target audiences. Oversee effort to develop ERP system training and support materials. Develop training delivery plan details, including technology and processes to schedule training, manage training delivery, and report on training delivery progress to the business. Monitor mapping of employees to courses based on each employee's ERP job role mapping. Create training delivery schedules for each business function and work location that is aligned to deployment plan timing. Acquire business leader sign-off on training delivery schedules. Manage end user training readiness activities, including ensuring hardware, software, and other classroom requirements are in place. Partner with OCM Communications Team on end user training readiness related communication needs. Define process for and manage completion of end user training calendar invites Manage collection and reporting of end user training attendance, knowledge check scores, and overall training effect Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field required. Instructional design certification required. Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area required. 2 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management required. Experience with Learning Management Systems required. Experience managing large system implementation training programs required. Experience managing large curriculums and training content archives required. Experience facilitating training for large and small audiences required.
