Manpower Engineering is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our manufacturing client in Bardstown, KY. Direct/perm positions on either 2 nd or 3 rd shift.

Summary of what you’d be doing:

• Support maintenance activities on all production equipment throughout the plant, facilities, and utility systems to minimize down time and increase productivity

• Troubleshoot and repair all plant production equipment, including Fanuc robotics, hydraulics, servo motors, etc.

• Use PLCs to troubleshoot. Modify/edit programs.

• Perform light building maintenance

• Machine uptime/downtime management

Here’s a summary of who we’re seeking:

• AS Degree in Industrial Maintenance is a “nice to have” but a can-do attitude more important. High School diploma or GED required

• Experience in automation, hydraulics, PLCs, servo motors is a big plus.

• Some robotics experience helpful

• Some PLC experience – be able to make changes/edits

• Ability to read blueprints/schematics

• Self-starter with strong work ethic

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Flexibility in a changing environment

• Mandatory overtime flexibility

• Must pass background and drug test
