Summary:The Scheduler will collaborate with project teams to understand phasing and deliverables necessary to develop and maintain executable project schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Develop, review and analyze CPM schedules in an efficient and comprehensive manner.

  • Work closely with project teams to maintain schedules in all phases of a project

  • Provide accurate progress status and reports

  • Perform reviews on schedule submittals for conformance with contract.

  • Provide impact analysis and assessments of proposed changes to project schedule

  • Maintain liaison with project team, owner, subcontractors, etc. on all planning and scheduling related items and functions

  • Participate in presentation of schedule status to various project teams and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Associate of Science degree required

  • 5 years’ experience required

  • 2.5 years with USACE project experience required

  • Secret Clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of construction means, methods and sequences.

  • Strong understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques.

  • Ability to understand and interpret construction documents.

  • Professional attitude, dedication to company culture and overall desire to succeed

  • Mastery of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to travel
