Anoka County OnBase Senior Systems Management Specialist (Hybrid) in Anoka, Minnesota

Position Description The Anoka County Information Technology department is committed to helping the County's programs and services successfully meet their business objectives while enabling innovation through technology. This is accomplished by gathering information about users' needs, identifying solutions, facilitating the implementation, support, training, and ongoing resources needed to meet those needs. The department has an immediate opening for an OnBase Senior Systems Management Specialist who will design, implement, administer, maintain, and support OnBase Systems. In this position, you'll work closely with Anoka County's leadership to understand business needs, analyze requirements, estimate associated cost, and establish system protocols using technical expertise. This position is responsible for providing consultation, documenting statements of work and ensuring successful implementation of systems and applications. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of April 8, 2024 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process. Pay & Benefits Salary: $70,012 to $84,011 ($33.66 to $40.39 per hour). 2024 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 34: $70,012 to $98,009 ($33.66 to $47.12 per hour). 24 days of paid flexible time off and up to 12.5 paid holidays. Work Location This position will work at the Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303. This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office. Expected work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Occasional extend or after hours may be required. Job Duties and Responsibilities These examples are not all inclusive and are intended to be illustrative of primary responsibilities of an Anoka County Senior Systems Management Specialist Develops & fulfills a strategic plan for Anoka County's Content Management systems. Leads & Directs activities of the Electronic Content Management Systems Supports existing OnBase custom solutions. Develops new OnBase solutions. Uses SDLC methodology to evaluate business needs and define functional requirements. Demonstrates ability to design and implement custom OnBase solutions while working independently or in a team environment. Assists with policies and procedures development surrounding the use of OnBase systems. Works with internal team at Anoka County and 3rd party vendor to provide end-to-end OnBase solutions and support to new and existing customers. Leads in developing, producing, and distributing OnBase solutions. Familiar with RightFax. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed Bachelor's degree 4 years of job-related experience with OnBase. In lieu of the required education, an equivalent combination of education and ex erience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 5 or more years of job-related experience in Systems Management. 5 or more years of end-to-end development and support of OnBase solutions (Workflow, Unity, Web, DIP, DRIP and API). Knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration Knowledge of project management fundamentals Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, database, email, and Windows based application software Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to provide individual or small group instruction and training in the use of computer products. C++ or C# experience. OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator Expert (OCAWA) certification. OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) certification. OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface Developer (OCAPI) OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE). Hands-on experience in web services-RESTful. Direct OnBase configuration experience. Able to work independently as a client facing resource with minimum guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating at the level of each individual. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Standard office environment Cognitive abilities required include problem solving, prioritization of tasks, short- and long-term memory, interpreting and understanding written documents, and general mathematical skills. Assignments may require several hours of varied physical activity in addition to viewing a computer screen, sitting at a desk, or walking/standing to assist county employees. Physical activity may include repeated bending, stooping, reaching, frequent wrist and finger manipulation to complete computer work, and occasionally pushing carts to transport equipment.
