To maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. Work with co-workers to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and that we are able to meet our goals as a company. Encourage and coach junior technicians to grow and learn all aspects of this industry and TLC culture. We are looking for a licensed technician with more than 3 years of experience.

• 40 + Hours

• 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

• 1/2 hour required lunch.

• Journeyman license with 3 years HVAC experience

• Rotating On-call and emergency

• Ability and technical knowledge to service, diagnosis, and repair all manner of HVAC equipment.

• Technical knowledge and ability to size and replace HVAC equipment and train others to do the same.

• Knowledge to assess multiple types of refrigerants, pressure readings, and set points.

• Sizing and installation of all manner of equipment

• Strong aptitude for reading diagrams and schematics.

  Salary

  $58,240 - $74,880

  *Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
