Amentum Audio/Visual Technician in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Amentum is currently seeking an A/V Technician to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.

Please note, this is a pipeline position, therefore there may not be an active opening at the time of your application.

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments. This includes video production and editing support in both classified and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live event support.

  • Install hardware and software to conference rooms across the laboratory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of experience.

  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET or DOE L clearance and maintain it for the life of the contract. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain SECRET or DOE L Clearance.

  • Multimedia setup experience (speakers, cameras, microphones).

  • Windows Desktop configurations and KVM Switches.

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business service and Communications Skills.

  • Must be able to install videoconferencing equipment and troubleshoot.
