Summary:

  • TheApplications Support Analystprovides

functional and implementation support to IS&A, and IT Infrastructure Team,

supports applications users and works closely with all functional teams within

the NTC organization.

Essential Duties

and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities

  • Provides support in production,

    demonstration, and testing environments

  • Provides client support during

    development and production deployment of applications

  • Identifies, diagnose, and

    resolve issues

  • Implements patch management

    and software upgrades for all applications

  • Documents and maintains a

    knowledgebase and other associated information in accordance with IS&A

    and cyber security protocols

  • Development, maintenance, and

    implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan for all production applications

  • Ensures follow through on

    entire software lifecycle

  • Supports Active Directory

    Federation Services (ADFS) for development and production application

    authentication

  • Applies and follows basic safety

    and security concepts and policies

Minimum

Qualifications:(To

  • Bachelor’s Degree

in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years

    professional experience in software/hardware applications for a complex

    organization including development

  • Minimum of two (2) years

    professional experience in an enterprise server environment

Knowledge, Skills

and Abilities:

  • Enterprise experience with

    Windows Server Platform 2012, 2012 R2

  • Enterprise experience with

    Windows Group Policy and Active Directory

  • Working knowledge of

    programming and database process life cycles

  • Excellent skills in written

    and spoken communication

  • Excellent time management

    skills and organizational abilities

  • Understands the components of

    Project Management
