Our client in Akron, OH is seeking a Field Support Technician to join their team!

Job Title: Field Support Technician

Location: Fairlawn/Canton/Akron, Ohio

Duration: 9-month contract (potential to convert full-time)

Pay Range: $28-30/hr.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Field/IT Support Technician with experience troubleshooting and in customer service. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish, and will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a proactive drive for continuous improvement .

What’s the Job?

  • Logging calls using ServiceNow

  • Providing help desk support

  • Offering technical support

  • Assisting with Apple support

What’s Needed?

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • 1-2 yrs. experience in IT support

  • Apple Certification
